JAPFA and Vaksindo were honored to welcome a two-day courtesy visit from the delegation of Nihon Layer K.K to Indonesia. The visit represented an important opportunity to strengthen professional relationships while fostering constructive dialogue among regional poultry industry leaders. 

The delegation represented Lohmann distribution in Japan and brought together respected leaders from across the Japanese poultry ecosystem: 

• Masatoshi Kasahara – CEO of K.K. Yachivo Poultry (Yokohama Farms)
• Tetsunori Fukabe – CEO of Fukabe Egg, a major egg producer in the Kyushu region
• Takuii Yoshida – CEO of Yoshida L'sys, a leading equipment supplier in Japan
• Wataru Hashimoto – Managing Director of Nihon Layer K.K
• Eduardo Bernardi – Lohmann Business Development Manager Asia Pacific 
• Febry Nurpratama - Local Contact for Nihon Layer K.K
• A. Wahyu Widjaja - PT Minori 

The visit commenced with a formal meeting at the JAPFA office in Jakarta, followed by an office visit to Vaksindo. On the second day, the delegation continued with a plant visit to gain deeper insight into our operational systems, production standards, quality control processes, and strong commitment to quality and biosecurity. 

Although courtesy in nature, the engagement created meaningful space for open discussion and knowledge exchange. The presence of leaders representing breeding, egg production, equipment supply, and animal health distribution provided a holistic industry perspective. Sharing experiences and insights across markets allowed for mutual understanding and the identification of areas where collaboration may evolve organically over time. 

As companies committed to strengthening regional networks and advancing industry standards, JAPFA and Vaksindo believe that valuable partnerships often begin with simple yet meaningful conversations.
