That is why we consistently run Friday Bio Boost, a monthly knowledge-sharing program designed to strengthen the scientific understanding of our production team. 

Friday Bio Boost is held once every month on Friday as an internal learning platform for the production team. The sessions are delivered by competent and experienced veterinarians. Through this program, participants are encouraged to deepen their understanding of vaccine production processes, quality standards, biosafety principles, technological developments, and problem-solving strategies within the production environment. 

Each session is designed to connect theory with real practice on the production floor. We ensure that every team member not only understands how a process is carried out, but also why it is important and how it directly impacts product quality. This approach strengthens technical competence, builds critical thinking, and fosters a culture of accuracy and accountability. 

Beyond learning, Friday Bio Boost also serves as a collaborative space where teams can exchange ideas, discuss challenges, and align perspectives across production units. This helps maintain consistent standards and reinforces our shared commitment to quality.
